We primarily work with Indian SMEs and family-run businesses that already have a working model and team, but are stuck because of operational chaos, profit leaks, or lack of structure. If you are in the “we have business, but it’s not under control” stage, we’re usually a strong fit.
What size of business is ideal for your solutions? +
As a guideline, we are most effective with businesses doing at least ₹5–7 Cr annual turnover and upwards, with a clear intent to grow over the next 2–3 years. The exact engagement design depends on your complexity, not just revenue.
How long does a typical engagement run? +
Short, focused projects can run for 3–4 months. Deep transformation work – especially where we are building systems, coaching your second line, and supporting expansion – usually spans 9–18 months. You will know the recommended duration after the initial diagnostic.
Will this overload my already busy team? +
Our goal is to reduce overload, not add to it. We introduce changes in small, manageable waves – prioritising what gives the maximum business impact with minimum disruption. Many clients actually experience less chaos within a few weeks once reviews and visibility improve.
What happens after the project ends? +
